Mr. George A. Douglas, with over 25 years of experience in Human resources , Mr. George hold a degree in labour law(with distinction), he currently holds the position of Director in the company. It is an important part of management. George is passionate about human resources and career advancement. His knowledge and expertise helped the organization build new growth horizons. His vision has improved the various services provided by the company and enriched our clientele.
François Jean, has over 25 years of experience in managing successful businesses in key sectors such as manufacturing, clean energy, real estate, IT and services. He co-founded GFSME and held the position of CEO until 2016. His passion for employer – employee relationship management is the driving force behind development and growth of GFSME. He studied business economics at Laval University, where he also obtained a Masters in Business Administration.
Miss Anna Baron (Secrétary) has more than 7 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance and legal documentation. In addition to leading the Secretariat and the legal function at G FSME, she also manages a team responsible for drafting contractual agreements, documentation. Anna has a degree in commerce and is a member of the Institute of Secretaries and Chartered Administrators.
Michael Clyne (CFO) Michael is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of diversified experience in the financial services, corporate strategy, accounting and tax fields. Prior to joining GFSME, Michael worked with RR Finance Consultants, Centrum Capital & Unicon as a Marketing Manager for retail HNIs and corporate investment products.
Jean Anderson (Chief Operating Officer), has more than 18 years of experience in HR and international relation, He has extensive experience in business development, product development, credit and operations management focusing on the use of technology. He has extensive experience in business delivery, leadership and market expertise while working in a variety of roles.
Alice Dumont (Chief Marketing Officer), With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Alice brings to the table the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer relationships. Prior to joining GFSME, Alice worked as Corporate Affairs Manager for GPM, preceded by the role of Head of Marketing and Communications at FullSIX in France. Alice has a degree in Marketing from Nice-Sophia-Antipolis University, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Laval University.
